I Can Communities

Helping you stay active, stay social, and live well

Welcome to I Can Communities

Your friendly place to discover weekly group activities designed to bring people together, spark joy, and support wellbeing.

We’re passionate about people. We believe that connection, laughter, movement, and shared moments are the cornerstones of a happy, healthy life. That’s why we’ve created welcoming spaces where you can meet others, try something new, and feel good – in body, mind and spirit.

Through I Can Communities, we offer two key programmes: I Can Community Club and Bowling Goldies. At the heart of both is one simple idea: when people come together, good things happen.

I Can Community Club
