Exercise Classes

It’s about doing what matters — and knowing you can

I Can Move with Confidence

Our small, local and personal classes are designed with you in mind. We know that recovering from illness, managing a long-term health condition or adjusting to the natural changes of ageing can make staying active feel daunting. That’s why our approach is gentle, inclusive and supportive.

We believe movement is more than exercise – it’s a pathway to confidence, independence and connection. Whether you want to regain strength, improve your balance or simply enjoy moving in a safe, welcoming space, you’ll find a class to suit you.

From seated Chair Yoga, to balance-focused Steady and Strong, to the restorative Yoga for Wellbeing, every session is shaped to meet you where you are – physically, emotionally and socially.

Chair Yoga

A seated, accessible yoga class, perfect if you live with a long-term condition, are recovering from illness or injury, or find floor-based yoga difficult.

Chair Yoga helps improve flexibility and strength while encouraging relaxation and easing stress – all from the comfort and support of a chair.

Thursdays, 2.15pm to 3.15pm
Andover Royal British Legion Club, Western Road, Andover SP10 2JG

Steady and Strong

A group-based class combining seated and standing movements, designed to build strength and improve balance.

It’s ideal if you feel unsteady on your feet or have experienced a fall – giving you the confidence to keep doing the things you need, want and enjoy in daily life.

Wednesdays, 11am to 12pm and 12.15pm to 1.15pm
Andover Community Church, Charlton Road, Andover SP10 3JH

Yoga for Wellbeing

A safe and supportive 12-week programme for small, closed groups, led by an experienced yoga teacher and supported by volunteers.

These sessions are more than exercise – they’re an opportunity to move, stretch, breathe and connect with others. Regular practice helps reduce aches and pains, lift your mood, quieten racing thoughts, and reconnect body and mind.

Yoga for Wellbeing builds confidence, gives you a renewed sense of purpose, and supports both mental and physical health.

Tuesdays, 9.15am to 11.15am
King Arthurs Way Hall, King Arthurs Way, Andover SP10 4BS

Wellness Beyond Movement

Our experienced instructors create safe, welcoming spaces where you’re more than just a participant – you’re part of a community.

We go beyond movement by giving you the tools and confidence to live well: to keep doing the things you need, want and love, for as long as possible.

Because it’s not about doing more – it’s about doing what matters, and knowing you can.

Every step counts. Every breath matters. Every person belongs.
